Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 August 2025
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Dockia services. Statements of work or order forms may include additional terms.
2. Services
Dockia delivers consulting, product development, and managed services as described in each engagement.
3. Customer responsibilities
Provide required access, timely feedback, and designate a stakeholder to coordinate communication.
4. Fees and payment
Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur finance charges.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only for fulfilling the engagement.
6. Intellectual property
Custom deliverables transfer to the customer upon full payment. Dockia retains rights to reusable frameworks and tools.
7. Liability
Dockia's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. Neither party is liable for indirect damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice or if the other materially breaches and fails to cure within 15 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
